You also understand that in order to provide you with service, we encourage users and BC's to visit the site and your contact information and search/listing details will be shared with users who register. You should expect to be contacted regularly by BC's offering their services (in the case of the user) and by users looking for office space (If you manage or promote a BC). No username, password or financial information will be shared freely among users and BC's. The information we share is intended for trade among the BC's and users with office needs, but there is a distinct possibility that vendors might contact you to offer you their services. We do not endorse their services or encourage them to contact you but are vulnerable to this effect in order to make our service efficient.
Credit Card information when applicable will be the only information processed through secure servers. All other exchange of information is not confidential including searches, emails and others. If required by law, Officelist reserves the right to disclose any information. Officelist also reserves the right to edit and refuse posting of information that it deems inappropriate.
You may delete your listing at any time by using your login information and following the online instructions. For further information or instructions on how to opt-out, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the listings or other information appearing on the Site, and such information is subject to errors, omissions, changes in price, prior sales, rentals, and withdrawals without notice. We do our best efforts to keep Officelist.com free from any harming viruses, but it is your responsibility to ensure the content interacting with your computer is safe.
If BC's or other third parties offer discounts or incentives, Officelist.com will not be responsible for them fulfilling their promises. It is their responsibility to follow-through on their offerings. Please feel free to inform us of deceiving business practices related to BC's listed on the site or our partners and affiliates but understand that Officelist will not be held liable and cannot be expected to act upon these claims.
As a condition of your use of the site, you agree that you will not (a) restrict or attempt to restrict others from using the services or features appearing on the site, in whole or in part, or (b) post or transmit any of the following to or through the site: (i) pornographic, sexually explicit photographs or language, including expletives and other obscenities or otherwise unlawful material; (ii) information which violates the rights of others; (iii) information, software or other digital communication which contains a virus or other damaging or disruptive component; or (iv) any advertising or promotional materials.
